Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I accidentally break a rule?
If it's your first offense and clearly accidental, you'll typically receive a warning. Staff will explain the rule and give you a chance to correct your behavior. Repeated "accidents" may result in harsher penalties.
How do I report a player for breaking rules?
Use the /report command in-game or submit a ticket through our website. Include the player's name, what rule they broke, and any evidence (screenshots, videos). Staff will investigate and take appropriate action.
Can I appeal a ban?
Yes, all bans can be appealed. Submit an appeal through our support system with your Steam ID, reason for the ban, and your explanation. Be honest and respectful during the process.
What constitutes griefing?
Griefing includes repeatedly destroying someone's base without reason, killing their tames unnecessarily, blocking their access to resources, or any behavior designed to make the game unplayable for others.
Are there any exceptions to the rules?
Staff may make exceptions in special circumstances, but these are rare and case-by-case. The rules are designed to be fair and protect the community. If you think an exception is needed, contact staff directly.
How do I become a staff member?
Staff positions are filled based on need and community contribution. Active, helpful players who follow the rules and contribute positively to the community may be considered. Contact current staff for more information.
